I love the Philippines

It is the land of my birth

It protects me
AKO’Y KANYANG KUNUKUPOP

And helps me
AT TINUTULUNGAN

To be strong, happy
UPANG MAGING MALAKAS, MALIGAYA


And useful
AT KAPAKIPAKINABANG

In return I will heed
BILANG GANTI, DIRINGGIN KO

The counsel of my parents
ANG PAYO NG AKING MGA MAGULANG

I will obey the rules
SUSUNDIN KO ANG MGA TUNTUNIN

Of my school
NG AKING PAARALAN

I will perform the duties
TUTUPARIN KO ANG MGA TUNGKULIN

Of a patriotic
