NURSING NECKLACE
NURSING NECKLACE

Mommies can use these necklaces while nursing to keep baby occupied instead of kneading and pinching mommy.  The metal components are sterling silver and the raw beads are bayong and kamagong.  The script that's burned into them  reads "Mahal Ni Ina, Gatas Ni Ina" - Mother's Love, Mother's Milk (but I can also personalize them with names).  The chord the beads are strung on is a coated stainless steel and they are triple crimped so the baby can pull with strength and it will stay in tact.   The necklace itself is a Greek leather that is tied together with a slipknot (other pieces shown on this page use a lobster clasp).

NOTE:  If you like this style but want the beads to be personalized/customized, without the intent of using it as a nursing necklace, we can certainly do this!  Just let me know!

BAYONG AND KAMAGONG
NURSING BRACELET (AKA "The Reminder Bracelet")
(Click on item to see additional pictures and information.)

This bracelet will help you keep track of every aspect of your baby's feedings. You can track the last time your baby nursed, how many diapers he's had, how many times he's nursed and you can switch the bracelet from side to side to remember which breast to start with. For new moms who are getting the hang of nursing or tired mommies who want some assistance, this bracelet is a GREAT tool and unique fashion accessory.

The Nursing Bracelet is made with number beads representing the hours on the clock and between the "hour beads" are 4 beads representing 15-minute intervals.  On the following example the placement of the charm is between the 2nd and 3rd bead so it reads "3:30":

EACH CHARM IS PERSONALIZED WITH INITIALS OF YOUR CHOICE!!!  The price for your bracelet includes ONE charm. Additional sterling silver charms can be purchased for $5.00 each.  If you need to purchase additional charms,  a letter can be added underneath to distinguish what each charm is marking.  (Examples:  N=Nursing, W=Water, M=Meds, D=Diapers etc)   For example, to track nursing it would read:
MCR
. N . (the dots would be halfway up the "N".  I just couldn't get it to do it here.)

Move the charm between the beads to represent the last time you fed or the time your baby is scheduled to eat. Also, switch your bracelet to your other arm so you can remember which breast is the last one you fed off of.

Can be used in several ways so you can use your bracelet even after you're done nursing...or not nursing at all! (NOTE:  The price shown includes one charm.  Additional charms can be purchased to track the following):
• To record what time your baby last fed
• To mark when your baby should next feed
• To record the number of feeds in a day
• To keep track of which breast your baby last fed from

• Count your baby's wet or dirty diapers in a day
• Count glasses of water you've drunk in a day
• Remember when to take/give medication
• Count number of laps you've walked/run
• Remember an appointment time
. Diabetes testing
